  • Theatre style seating: 200 people

  • 72” round tables: 120 people (at an additional cost)

  • 6-foot tables banquet style: 110 people

  • Standing/reception: 350 people

Rental Includes:

  • Café Closure Fee (Applies when private use of the Commons is requested, Tuesday-Sunday)

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

  • Black chairs (100)

  • Limited amount of 6' tables

  • Limited black linens for 6' tables

  • Portable bar

  • Speakers through the ceiling

  • Hookup for audio

Notes:

  • Availability of The Commons will depend on T2 performance schedule

  • Café Closure Fee Applies when private use of The Commons is requested, Tuesday-Sunday. (Not included in the quoted prices)

  • $100 per hour before 11 am; $200 per hour after

  • Café hours to the public:

    Mondays – Closed
    Tuesday – Saturday 10am-10pm
    Sundays – 12-5pm

  • An additional setup/strike fee may apply to cover labor on special requests that deviate from T2's standard venue seating configurations

  • Additional staff may be required depending on the nature of the event. The amount of staffing required for each rental will be determined at the discretion of TheatreSquared and will be outlined in the rental agreement

  • T2 provides box office services for any ticketed events in the facility and can offer assigned seating; standard per-ticket fees apply

  • Renters may use the Commons Bar/Café or an external caterer
