General Ticketing and Performance Policies

Thank you for taking the time to understand and observe these policies to ensure an enjoyable experience for you and for all of our patrons.

Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds.

To exchange your tickets for a fee, call the box office by 5pm on the day before your scheduled performance. Same-day exchanges are not available.

When you exchange, you’ll pay the difference in the ticket price (if there is one) plus a $5 exchange fee per ticket. Season subscribers are exempt from this fee.

You can also choose to donate the value of your order to TheatreSquared up to one hour before showtime, and we’ll send you a receipt for a tax deduction.

Late Seating
Since some delays are unavoidable, we recommend planning to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the show. At showtime, empty seats may be released to seat those patrons on stand-by or our dedicated volunteers.

Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager during an appropriate break in the performance and in a location that will be the least disruptive to performers and fellow patrons. In some instances, it may be best to reschedule.

Patrons who need to leave their seats during the performance may be readmitted by the house manager to alternative seating or asked to wait until intermission.

Streaming
Single ticket purchasers of streaming performances will have a 24-hour window to view their performances on demand on a password-protected portal using the Vimeo embedded player. Unless otherwise specified on the show information page, there are no geographical restrictions on streaming.

Postponements or Cancellations

In the event of a postponement, TheatreSquared will provide all ticketholders with a comparable seat for the same production on rescheduled dates, and give full flexibility for subsequent exchanges to any alternate performance.

In the event that a T2 performance is canceled, T2 will make every effort to contact ticket holders to offer complimentary exchanges to an alternate performance or a refund.

If inclement weather prevents your safe attendance at a scheduled show, please contact the Box Office at 479-777-7477 and we’ll help you consider your exchange options.

Lost Tickets
Don't worry, we’ll reprint them. Just stop by the Box Office when you arrive. If you find this happening all too often, you might consider holding your tickets at Will Call.

Young Patrons
Many performances contain adult language or content, and while we do not set strict age criteria, we advise parental guidance. We recommend you check with the Box Office in advance if you intend to bring children and have questions about content. All patrons must be ticketed, regardless of age.

Phones & Recording Devices
Phones and smart watches should be turned off or switched to airplane or theatre mode before the performance. Photography and sound or video recordings during the show are prohibited. Patrons who use phones during the show will be asked to leave.

No Smoking
There is no smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, in the theatre or commons areas.

TheatreSquared serves a variety of snacks and drinks, including wine and beer. Concessions may typically be brought into the theatre, except during a public health crisis. No outside food or drinks are permitted.
