To redeem your tickets, you can fill out the request form below, or call the box office at 479-777-7477. All online requests will receive confirmation from the box office within 48 hours of submission.

Do you have mobility concerns? Do you prefer an aisle seat? We can't accommodate every request, but we sure will try to make your time at the theatre as great as possible.

In order to be processed, flex redemption requests must be submitted by 5pm the day before the originally scheduled performance time. When processing an exchange, the box office will arrange the best available seats for your section on your desired performance date, but the exact same seat locations can not be guaranteed.
